India Maritime Week 2025 stood as a strong reflection of India’s accelerating maritime ambitions and its collective resolve to build a self-reliant, globally competitive ecosystem.

The week brought together policymakers, industry leaders, innovators, and global stakeholders to shape the next chapter of India’s maritime journey. For Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited (SDHI), it was an opportunity to showcase India’s largest shipyard by capacity. Revived, re-energized, and firmly back on the global map.

During the week, SDHI was honoured with the Maritime Excellence Award, recognising its growing shipbuilding capabilities and contribution to strengthening India’s industrial ecosystem.
