Realty division completes 2.95 lakh sq. ft. tower in Bengaluru, leased to Harman Connected Services.
Realty division completes 2.17 lakh sq. ft. at Kurla IT Park, leased to Equinox Business Parks.
Swan LNG begins port development for the LNG terminal in Jafrabad, Gujarat.

1992
Originally incorporated in 1909, the textile business is established as Swan Mills Limited in 1992. The facilities included spinning, weaving and processing operations located in Sewri and Kurla in Mumbai.
